The apartments include a large shared terrace and a basement. Small livestock except dogs are allowed. Livestock must not be a nuisance to other tenants in the property. Tenants who have a dog on the move are entitled to hold a dog if it is not a nuisance to the other tenants. If this is not the case, tenants undertake to abolish the dog or remove the lease.
