At the Birch Lodge in Fredericia you can choose between terraced houses on the Birch Lodge or park houses on the Birkelyvænget. All apartments are in one plan and in between 3 and 4 rooms. In the parks there are either 3 rooms or 4 rooms and a large living room in open connection with the kitchen room. If you enter the accommodation, you will be met by an entrance hall connected to the large kitchen room and bathroom. Depending on the size of the accommodation, you will find two or three separate rooms, which are set up to decorate the bedroom, guest room or office. There is direct access to the living room's one terrace from the kitchen room. There's underfloor heating in every room. The accommodation has a terrace both in front and behind the house, where there is room for garden furniture, barbecue and pots for flowers. For the parks there is even a small garden and hedge. Hard goods There are everything in white goods including dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. The washing facilities are located in either entrance or bathroom. Parking There are one or two parking spaces in front of the homes where it is possible to establish electric charging pedestals. Visiting parking is also available. Common areas The property has several common areas both indoors and outdoors. The common house will be the great gathering point for you and your neighbors. This is where you can meet for a cup of coffee or celebrate the holidays together. Outside there is an orangery where you get the opportunity to get land under your fingernails as well as a petanque track for the competition highlights. In order to strengthen the community, a Community committee will be facilitated between you and your neighbours, who will be wrangling to launch various activities.
